Roman and his team were courteous, careful and very hard-working. My mother and I were making a double move to separate addresses and we booked the full packing service. This called for great planning and organisation from WHG and on the day of the move there were hardly any hitches. Everything was very securely packed and I can honestly say that not a thing got even slightly scratched. My only reservation about WHG is around their booking system. I thought I had a firm booking only to encounter problems at the last minute which meant having to make date changes and having to put up with one very inexperienced worker on the packing team. Apart from that I would recommend them as a first rate company.
